A life-long artist focusing on raising awareness for the immediate needs of Indigenous people, and raising awareness about their history.
Big dreams are to share the Ancestors collection with people, and children, all over the world.
Fondest memories includes fundraising for The United Nations Refugee Agency, and being awarded a certificate from BAFTA (however, not yet the trophy).
Bête Noires are the misuse of power, and onion bagels (sotto voce).
Full Bio
Posie (Pria-Rose) is a British Fine Artist, with lineage covering Spain to Native America. Born into a strict arts and culture focused family, Posie flourished in piano, ballet, and languages, however, fine-art has been as instinctive and native to her as her family’s bloodline.
Throughout a multidisciplinary career in advertising, marketing and design within the British Film Institute, BAFTA, and organisations such as TED and J.P Morgan, Posie continues to hold her seat as a third secretary diplomat for the Indigenous embassy.
Alongside fundraising and human rights law, her London gallery plays host to meetings and exhibitions. Her painting portfolio illuminates world Indigenous history, particularly of her ancestors from American communities whose historical representation has often been lost or misrepresented.
The launch includes a pop-up gallery, self-titled as Pria-Rose GALLERIA. The Galleria and LOMBARDI RODRIGUEZ foundation building both raise awareness and humanitarian funds through art, to provide disaster relief for the very people the art represents. The charitable funds help to preserve the ancient cultures and practices which continually face stigma and risk falling out of practice.
Having trained with UAL, BFI, NFTS, and received awards, Posie has been well-positioned to continue in the arts world with a growing interest in the ‘Art of Luxury’ at Sotheby’s Institute of Art. Posie’s vocation and vision promise a successful venture which is immortalised in a brick and mortar premises.
