• Running and reviewing profit and loss reports, comparing to previous month, quarter and a Year-to-Date Profit and Loss report.

• Using entrepreneurship strengths from business idea to action. Managing company culture whilst responding to environmental challenges. Negotiating with investors raising Funds for the company.

• Managing and planning media/content calendars to boost e-commerce and marketing goals. Spearheading partnerships with influencers and organisations.

• Designing & creating new ideas for the products, creating multiple prototypes based on the company director’s input.

• Evaluating and providing analysis of category and competitor performance using data from monthly new product development reports.

• Creating strategies for collaboration within local boroughs

• Providing support for ad hoc analysis requests & collaborating with external partners to integrate category learnings into future media strategies.

• Identifying new audience segments to activate against and opportunities to drive towards campaign KPIs.

• Integrating data sources from within the business (eg CRM, Search, CMI etc) to buy in media and analysed the business effect they bring.

• Using the Doubleclick stack to set up, activate and analyse campaigns tracked through a single system to prevent over-reporting. Using data to identify opportunities to optimize investment.

• Researching technology trends and utilising software to create modern solutions and generating dynamic responses to company issues by using compelling digital tools and print materials with proven engagement growth and customer loyalty.
